With the assistance of the Boston office of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, a Service Coordinator position was established at Town Brook House in January 1998. The position is currently shared by Sister Barbara Higgins and Joyce Guan.

The Service Coordinators are responsible for assuring that residents, especially those who are frail or at risk, and those with disabilities are linked to the specific supportive services and community agencies they need to continue living independently at Town Brook House.

Residents are welcome to set up an appointment to visit with Sister Barbara and/or Joyce to discuss whatever is on their minds.

Sister Barbara's office hours
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Joyce's office hours
Thursdays: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
